Are you sitting up straight?

The internet is a wonderful place and it is easy to lose track of time while you browse, but staying in one position for a long time can strain your muscles and cause an injury.

Take a minute to stand up and walk around. Focus on stretch your body moving from head to toes.

When you come back, Pay attention to how you are sitting at your desk. Make sure your back is supported by your chair. Your arms and wrists should be resting comfortably at your sides and your feet should be flat on the floor.

The goal is a relaxed, comfortable position that minimizes awkward movements and muscle strain.
